HI! I'M NICHOLAS

While matriculated at Pennsylvania State University, Nicholas acquired a fervent passion for understanding the real estate market with particular attention to the financial aspect. Moreover, extensive knowledge of market dynamics has been instrumental for Nicholas’s understanding of global and local real estate. He perpetually offers solid advice, transparency, and above all, personalized service to his clients.

 

Nicholas’s hard work and dedication to his career are solidly shown through results. Nicholas takes his role seriously and is extremely passionate about his work. He strives to ensure that nothing is lost in translation- always providing transparent and authentic information to his clients. Nicholas has spent eight years in the financial industry from private banking, branch management, and ended with leading the mortgage department of a credit union in PA.

 

Now as a REALTOR, Nicholas has built a successful real estate business, Nicholas Feagley REALTOR LLC. Nicholas has also founded and built a successful Real Estate Marketing & Podcasting company Turning the Key to Real Estate. Nicholas continues to break real estate industry records in sales, innovation, technology, and client experience/satisfaction. Nicholas proudly serves on many different committees with the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTOR (GHAR) and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTOR (PAR). The National Association of REALTORS recognizes Nicholas for the following certifications and designations. Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Nicholas founded and started The Feagley Team in 2021 bring on other agents that mentor and train with Nicholas. Nicholas was appointed to GHAR & PAR Board of Directors in 2022 and has been appointed to sit as Vice Chair for two different committees for 2023.

 

Nicholas is a South Central Pennsylvania homeowner, born native to Central PA. When not busy working with clients, he enjoys quality time traveling, volunteering for his favorite charities (some of which include Central PA SuperChef, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Junior Achievement, and others), cooking, staying active, and spending time with his loved ones, which include two nieces, a little sister, parents, and his husband Kelly.

Heather A. Petrone-Shook was born into the world of real estate and has been servicing the needs of buyers, sellers and landlords since 1996. She is dually licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She was born, raised, and currently resides in Philadelphia. She is a proud member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® where she served as a two-time President of the Association, and where in 2007 she was installed as the youngest President in the Association's history and awarded the Boyd T. Barnard REALTOR® of the Year Award. Heather enjoys donating her time to serve local community and charitable organizations. She actively teaches Real Estate Pre-Licensing & Mandatory Continuing Education courses in approved real estate schools in the Philadelphia area. Heather currently serves as the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® District 1 Vice President & Pennsylvania Assoc. of REALTORS® Member of the Board of Directors. Meticulous attention to detail is a hallmark of my editing process. I carefully review footage to ensure precision in cuts, smooth transitions, and precise synchronization of audio and video elements.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
With a deep understanding of various video editing software and a mastery of technical aspects, I navigate seamlessly through the editing process. I make informed decisions about video formats, resolutions, and color grading to achieve the desired cinematic effect.
ADAPTABILITY
I adapt my skills to suit the unique requirements of each project. Whether working on a documentary, commercial, or narrative film.
PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY
Video editing is full of challenges, and I approach them with a problem-solving mentality. I work hard to get over challenges with ease, whether they are technical ones or involve coming up with original ideas to improve a scene.

I prioritize my work to meet project deadlines because I recognize how important they are and I manage my time well. This allows me to complete the project on time and produce work of the highest caliber.
